Thanksgiving Food Drive

For the past many years St. Vincent DePaul has held a Thanksgiving Food Drive. These have been most successful thanks to the generosity of our parishioners at St. Joseph. SVDP truly thank you for your donations to help provide the extra food items to many local families during the holiday seasons each year. This year SVDP asks that the annual Thanksgiving Food Drive be handled in the following manner. The usual brown bags with attached slips identifying a specific food item will not be distributed. To balance the requested needed items, SVDP asks that persons/families participating please use the first letter of their last name to select an item(s) to donate from the suggested lists. Food items may be brought to the church on the Saturday/Sundays of November 7/8 and 14/15, or taken to the church office by November 18. Please leave the food items either under the Porte cache at the east side church entrance, or on the porch outside the west side church entrance. SVDP volunteers will be available at each Mass to receive your donations.
