COVID-19 Update

COVID-19 Update - March 27, 2020

Following the advice of the federal, state, and local officials we have cancelled all activities at St. Joseph Honey Creek until further notice. Because of this, we are unable to offer public Masses at the parish. We would however, like to remind you that our daily mass is available for viewing via Facebook, and posted on this website on the HOMILY link of the Home Page or directly at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCDl6XMt4Rk9MNdWsWVlj32w. Our parish Day Chapel is open daily, Monday through Sunday, from 8:00 a.m.-6:00 -p.m. for quiet prayer and reflection. Confessions may be scheduled individually by calling 210-416-4516 for an appointment.
We would also like to update you on the status of Palm Sunday, Holy Week and Easter, as it will change this year because of the current health emergency. All services will be live streamed, and service times will be communicated to you once they are finalized..
We do have a plan to bless Palms in preparation for the Palm Sunday live stream. They will be available for pick up in the Day Chapel once received and blessed. The Easter Triduum (the Mass of the Lord's supper, Liturgy of Good Friday and Easter Vigil) will be celebrated in our parish, and our plan is to live stream on social media, and we will also have a link available on our parish website. We will do our best to keep you updated with the most current information as we receive it.

THANK YOU. We are especially grateful for your prayers and continued tithing. Your offerings help support all that we do at St. Joseph – Honey Creek during these unique times. We could do nothing without your faithful offerings.
