Pastoral Council

St. Joseph Catholic Church Honey Creek is seeking new pastoral council members to serve a three year term beginning on July 1, 2016. The purpose of the pastoral council shall be to offer counsel to the Pastor on matters affecting pastoral life, spiritual life, and ministry of the parish community, as well as to serve as a planning and coordinating body for the parish. Members must be registered in the parish, have demonstrated a commitment to the parish community, be in communion and in good standing with the Catholic Church, married in the Catholic Church, and committed to spiritual growth. Members must be unrelated by blood and shall not be married to another member on the council. Meetings take place on the first Monday of each month excluding December, January, June, and July.
