New Flags in the Gathering Space

Our family here at St Joseph - Honey Creek has hundreds of parishioners who have served or are serving in the military. As we appropriately celebrate the 238th birthday of our country, the U.S. flag and the Papal flag are being blessed and placed in the Gathering Space of our church. The flag bearers at our July 4th weekend Masses represent conflicts from WWII through Iraq and Afghanistan. They also represent the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marines. The flags, donated by three families who wish to remain anonymous, will now be honorably and permanently displayed in our church. We deeply thank our new pastor, Father Pancho, for making this happen, all those who have worked and continue to strive for liberty, and most of all the Lord Who blesses us with freedom!
